Chris -
organic farmer by trade, father, longtime follower and
participant in the intentional communities and "alternative
movement" in general, knowledgeable about the different dietary
approaches, thinker and questioner. New England background.
Jo - successful
businesswoman, a strong interest in health and presently in
school to learn acupuncture and oriental medicine. Military
family background and so has experienced living in many
different parts of the world.
Iuval
- a PhD in physics, a father, has worked in Motorola's
semi-conductor division, more recently switching fields to do
genetics research. Lived in Israel until age 11, where he
acquired a taste for close community ties. Iuval has followed
the intentional communities movement his whole life.
